What is our returns policy?

  • All products must be returned with tags still attached.

  • All products must be unworn and unwashed.

  • Returns must be filed within a 14 day period. Anything after will be only exchangeable. 

  • If a product is faulty, please state this to us on our customer service email so that we can assist you with this as soon as possible!

How do I make a return?

  1. Send an email to "kolcustomerservice@outlook.com" stating your reason for return.

  2. State what product you are returning. 

  3. If you would like to exchange for a different size, please state this along with what you would like to exchange to.

  4. Make sure you have checked the garment over to ensure all tags are attached and the product is in pristine condition. 

  5. One of our team members will be in touch as soon as possible with a returns label for your free return.
